01 / ORDERING
Use the order form to share the artwork or idea, size, quantity, and destination. You’ll receive a reply by email to discuss availability and pricing. A form submission does not reserve a piece or confirm a purchase.
The final price, any framing options, payment arrangements, and expected timing are agreed directly before an order is confirmed. No payments are collected on this website.
02 / DELIVERY
Worldwide delivery is available. Shipping costs and estimated timing depend on the artwork, packaging, and destination. They will be included in your personal quote.
For international orders, ask about any customs duties or local taxes that may apply before confirming. Delivery dates are estimates until arrangements are agreed.
03 / COMMISSIONS
Share your idea, color preferences, dimensions, budget, and any important date. We’ll agree the creative direction, scope, revision arrangements, price, and timing before work begins.
Cancellation and return arrangements are discussed before your order is confirmed, especially for artwork created personally for you.
04 / AFTER DELIVERY
If your artwork arrives damaged or you have a concern, contact Rangrayze with your order reference and photographs of the artwork and packaging so we can discuss the next step.
